FAQ’s

CANCELATION POLICY

To cancel a booking without incurring a penalty, we require 7 days notice prior to the date of your arrival. If you have made a payment in advance and cancel before 7 days of your arrival, you will need to contact us for a refund.

If you cancel between 7 and 3 days before arrival a cancellation fee equal to your first nights’ stay will be charged.

If you cancel with less than 3 days notice, or in the event of a “no-show”, the total amount of your booking will be charged.

Reservations made with other booking agencies may be subject to different terms and conditions.

PAYMENT POLICY

The credit card details you give at the time of booking will be charged the full amount for your stay 4 days prior to your arrival. Payment will be taken by a secure server and processed by our own merchant account. The transaction will appear as “THE OASIS BED & BREAKFAST” on your card statement.

PARKING

Although The Oasis does not have a dedicated car park, car parking is available on The Promenade, in front of our entrance. The Promenade is a pay and display zone between 10am and 4pm every day, including weekends. The machines accept coins, cards and the PayByPhone app.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in is between 2pm and 9pm. We are happy to store your bags if you arrive early.

In order to help us prepare rooms, please check out by 10.30 on the day of your departure. We are happy to store your bags if you wish to stay longer in Llandudno.

SMOKING POLICY

We have a strict “No Smoking” policy at The Oasis which applies everywhere on the premises. Smoking anywhere in The Oasis will incur a £50 cleaning cost and guests who do not comply with this policy will be asked to leave.

WI-FI

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of The Oasis. The access code is available at Reception.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room on the lower ground floor (down the flight of stairs opposite Reception) between 8.30 and 9.30 Monday to Friday, and between 8.00 and 9.30 at weekends. Please speak to a member of staff if you have any requirements outside of these hours or if you have a special dietary requirements prior to your arrival.

FIRE POLICY

Fire Alarms are tested every week on Tuesday at 11am. There is no need to evacuate during this test. There is access to an external fire escape on every floor at the rear of the building.

Fie extinguishers are located on every floor. Fire exits are clearly signposted throughout the building.

PETS

Small dogs are permitted in certain rooms, subject to availability, and will be charged for at £5 per dog per night.

DISABILITY POLICY

Access to The Oasis is via 7 steps from street level. While we do have three ground floor rooms, most of our rooms are located in the main house (rooms 1 to 4 on the first floor, rooms 5 to 8 on the second floor, and rooms 9 to 12 on the third floor). Please be aware that breakfast is served on the lower ground floor, accessed via 13 stairs (with handrails on both sides).

The Oasis does not have a lift.

Referral Scheme T&C's

  1. Free night only available when booking a minimum of a three-night stay.
  2. Referred guests must contact ‘The Oasis’  via MyUK or phone to redeem your Free nights stay.
  3. Upon booking, ‘The Oasis’ will contact the referee to request the name of the referrer who passed on the card.
  4. The Oasis will then contact the referrer to inform them of their Free night stay for their next booking of 3 nights or more.
  5. If the Referrer refers more than one booking by different guests –  only 1 free night stay can be redeemed per booking of a minimum of a three-night stay. e.g. If you have 2 free nights available – this will be split across 2 bookings.

Loyalty Scheme

  1. Each customer will receive a loyalty card on their next visit (following the scheme launch) upon checkout with stamps given for the stay they have just had. 
  2. The free night is awarded after the visit during which, or as a result of which, they stayed 7 nights. 
  3. At the point the card is fully stamped – the user can only redeem the free nights stay on a future booking.
  4. The Free night needs to be taken as part of a two-night minimum stay.
  5. A new card will be issued at the point a card is fully stamped.
  6. Only one card can be redeemed per booking
